When the frame of my sunglasses cracked, I immediately applied for a replacement pair. At that time they were totally out of the exact pair that I wanted. They indicated that I could certainly wait for that item to be restocked regardless of how long it would take. I appreciated this fact since I didn’t want to get just any pair or something I didn’t like! Several months went by and I finally redeemed my credit for a new pair! What amazed me most was that through all that time Abaco kept track of what I returned, what I was owed and had all my product info readily available! Worth the money!
