If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in New, Unused Condition Only, with original paperwork, tags, and cases, accompanied by an original ShopAbaco.com receipt within 30 days from the day the order was shipped. Credit for your return will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received, minus shipping charges which are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing, and the credit should appear on your next statement. Please note that we will not accept any returns for used merchandise. Customer assumes all responsibility for return shipping to ShopAbaco.com.

2. Place Return/Exchange form inside the original ShopAbaco.com shipping material, and securely pack & seal your package.
