Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, delivery failures caused by incorrect address information, customs delays, or lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Lifetime Warranty

Abaco Polarized products are backed by our Lifetime Warranty program. Warranty terms, eligibility, exclusions, and processing fees are governed separately and available here:

This warranty operates independently of, and is not limited by, the general disclaimers in these Terms.

We reserve the right to deny, limit, or revoke warranty claims in cases of abuse, fraud, repeated misuse, unauthorized resale, or other conduct that in our sole judgment undermines the integrity of our warranty program.

Promotions

Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or applied toward warranty processing fees unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale purchases and business accounts are governed by separate Wholesale Terms and Conditions available on our B2B platform.

These terms apply to all wholesale transactions and include policies related to pricing, payment terms, shipping, returns, warranty handling, and account responsibilities.

By accessing our B2B platform, submitting a wholesale application, or placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by those Wholesale Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
