I am on my third pair of Dockside readers in 8 months. The glasses look great and the lenses are good Being in Florida, I keep the glasses around my neck with a holder so the are always ready to use. Twice I have hugged someone Not tightly) and the frames have broken. Never happened to me with any other glasses

Sending a warranty frame claim for a pair of glasses at one of the arms broke off. Never heard back from them. Although the glasses were fine, the customer service is nonexistent.
