    Abaco Polarized Sunglasses is in search of full-time Sales Representatives 

    Position Summary

    Abaco is seeking highly energetic, positive sales reps to join the team who are passionate about creating new relationships, selling a product in high demand and being part of a company with exciting growth opportunities.

    Compensation: Commission + Bonus Incentives


    • Research and evaluate potential key accounts in the assigned territory
    • Educate and open new accounts in assigned region 
    • Provide product training to existing accounts 
    • Guide accounts on placing orders via website for initial purchases and reorders
    • Listen and understand your account’s needs to provide exceptional customer service 
    • Communicate and follow up quickly with new and existing accounts 
    • Work with the Abaco Sales Manager on a regular basis to keep them up to date on territory 
    • Provide Customer Feedback to company on a weekly basis 
    • Visit accounts regularly to check inventory and place replenishment orders 
    • Inform existing accounts of new products and current promotions 
    • Assist in retail marketing with key events within the territory 
    • Attend Industry trade shows in assigned territory

    Job Requirements:

    • 3+ years of sales experience in the wholesale business and/or retail business Consistent demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals 
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and tablet/mobile devices 
    • Ability to work in an independent environment with minimal supervision 
    • Ability to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly workload 
    • Self-motivated and ambitious
