Customer care was good. It took a while for the entire process, but that was understandable. I bought my sunglasses April of last yr and one of the screws came out. I was able at that time to screw it back in temporarily. A few months later it came out AGAIN. But this time I lost that lil sucker and had to contact about my warranty. Thankfully they offer the warranty otherwise I would’ve been very upset. No matter the case, they worked with me in a timely manner and I got my new sunglasses that I absolutely love. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because of the hassle from the beginning. Love the sunglasses, the style is super cute. I guess just wish it was slightly better quality.

Great sunglasses. This company is pretty awesome. First of all the quality of the sunglasses is superb. I’ve never had sunglasses that not only fit very well without hurting the bones behind my ears but even with regular use, they did not seem to scratch ever comp, but when they did, the company was quick to live up to their awesome warranty.

So far so good! I purchased these for my upcoming thru hike of the Continental Divide Trail and looking forward to wearing them all day. My only suggestion would be to make the lenses progressives, instead of single vision, so I can see my phone/maps/compass while wearing the sunglasses. Thanks!
