Register Your Sunglasses
- 1. Log into your Abaco account. The log in button is on the top of the page (desktop), in the menu button (mobile).
- 2. If you dont have an account create one.
- 3. Click "Register Your Sunglasses" button in your account page.
- 4. Fill out warranty information. If you need additional help click the question marks next to each field.
- 5. Click the Register button at the bottom of the page. You will now see your sunglasses in your account page.
- Additional Notes:
-You need a unique Warranty Code for each pair you are registering.
-If there were no error's you will be redirected back to your account page.
-If you are not redirected, then you will be prompted with the field that has an error.
-If you need to claim your warranty you will still need to do that.
Request A Warranty Code
- 1. Log into your Abaco account. The log in button is on the top of the page (desktop), in the menu button (mobile).
- 2. If you dont have an account create one.
- 3. Click "Register Your Sunglasses" button in your account page.
- 4. Click "If you DO NOT have a warranty code click here to fill out a form" button at bottom of the page
- 5. Fill out the appropriate information and click submit.
- Additional Notes:
-All Abaco Sunglasses Sold After 7/5/2017 Include Warranty Codes.
-You must have a receipt or some form of proof of purchase from before 7/5/2017 to receive a code.
-It can take a business week to verify purchase of your Abaco Sunglasses after submitting the code request.
Claim Your Warranty
- 1. Log into your Abaco account. The log in button is on the top of the page (desktop), in the menu button (mobile).
- 2. Click the "Claim" button in your account page next to the sunglass needing to be replaced.
- 3. Fill out the form with all appropriate information and click submit.
- Additional Notes:
-You must of previously registered your sunglasses.
-Warranty's do not cover lost sunglasses.
-You do not need to send in your sunglasses, just fill out the form.
-It can take up to a business week for new sunglasses to be sent from our warehouse.
Return Or Exchange Your Sunglasses
- 1. Click the "Returns" button in your account page or at the bottom of our website.
- 2. Fill out the email address used to purchase as well as your order number.
- 3. Click the "Start A Return" button.
- 4. Click the items you would like to return or exchange.
- 5. Click the "Continue" button.
- 6. Choose the appropriate reason.
- 7. Specify whether it is a return or exchange in notes with the item you want to exchange for instead.
- 8. Click the "Confirm And Submit" button.
- Additional Notes:
-You would have received an email with order number at time of purchase.
-You must have given your email to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
-To be eligible for a return or exchange it must be within 30 days of purchase.
-Must be returned in the same condition purchased.
-Website orders are only eligible for returns.
-If purchased from a store or kiosk you must return your sunglasses there.
