Position Summary

Abaco is seeking highly energetic, positive sales reps to join the team who are passionate about creating new relationships, selling a product in high demand and being part of a company with exciting growth opportunities.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when they walk through the door
• Learn what our customers what our customers are looking for
• Inform customers about what makes Abaco Polarized different from all other sunglass companies. All Polarized, Lightweight and comfortable, and Lifetime Warranty
• Show the customer at least three or four models
• Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
• Provide stellar customer service
• Ring up sales on POS
• Upsell extra items when appropriate (Ex. Spray cleaner, straps, cases)
• Invite customers to tag us on Social Media/Review on Google

Job Requirements:

• Be a self-motivated and ambitious person
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work in an independent environment with minimal supervision 
• Retail sales experience is preferred but not required*
